Water Pressurization System Features
Applications
Provides constant water pressure, even with fluctuating water volume demands. Sizes available are 50, 70, 100, 140 and 200 GDP and 200GPM VFD systems.
Turnkey System
Complete with pre-mounted pump, pressure tank and VFD drive/control.
Frame & Enclosure
Stainless steel frame for exceptional strength and durability. The metal enclosure includes venting for heat dissipation.
Electrical
Available in: 208VAC-230/240VAC 3PH, 460/480VAC 3PH as well as 575VAC 3PH.
Pump / Motor
Heavy-duty, cast-iron centrifugal pump utilizes high-end TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan-Cooled Motor).
Pump Inlet & Outlet
The pump inlet includes a check valve, while the outlet assembly has a union for pump access, a pressure relief valve, a pressure gauge, a pressure transducer, and a ball valve for serviceability.

VFD Vertical Booster Pump System
- Constant pressure, high efficiency systems.
- Consistent pressures up to 200 psi and flow rates up to 70gpm.
- Standard Pump sizes from 5hp up to 10hp.
- Pumps can be mounted direct to floor with control box mounted to wall above for tight space applications, or with stainless steel frame for complete turnkey system.
- Stainless Steel, Multi-Stage Vertical Pump with TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) Motor along with high-end, ABB Drive with Digital Display of Pressure.
- Stainless Steel flanges allow for easy access to pump. Inlet includes 2.00” SS Check Valve and Outlet includes 2.00” SS Ball Valve, Pressure Transducer and Unloader Valve.
- Available in both 208, 3-Phase and 460V, 3-Phase Power.
85 GPM Booster Pump System
- 85 gpm booster pump systems are available for a lower cost.
- Simplified system provides constant water volume and pressure.
- Features include: 3hp, 3-phase cast iron pump with 85ga pressure tank.
- Includes wall-mount pump, control box, and brass outlet assembly with pressure gauge and pressure switch.
